Computer issues can be either software or hardware related. The problem may vary and it needs to be diagnosed accordingly. You may have heard FORMAT as a solution that most technicians offer. Format is the clean installation of the Operating System like Microsoft Windows but unfortunately there is a downside, all of your data like your document files or photos are deleted. That is why for me Format solution must be used as a last resort.
Teamviewer Remote Support
For software issues a remote session can be established through the use of specialized software called teamviewer. According to TeamViewer’s official website, TeamViewer software is the world’s most trusted remote access, control and support software. To establish a remote session with teamviewer you first install it on you computer and you are presented with an ID and a password which you give to your technician. Then your IT technician gains full control and can work on repairing the issue like the way he would if he had physical access. Software and Hardware Upgrade
Another technical service that I offer is software and hardware upgrade. For slow computers I recommend an upgrade of RAM and Hard Disk to SSD. Ram is your computer’s short memory where your computer stores data it needs to retrieve quickly. On the other hand hard disks, store data on your computer permanently. Solid State hard disks (SSD) are much faster than traditional HDD disks, they process and save data at a much higher speed.
